South Orange Trustees (now the South Orange Council) voted to give themselves stipends.
The Village President (now Mayor) will get $12,000 per year and the Trustees (now Council Members) will get $8,000.
Stipends are not eligible to change for 12 years. The mayor and council members are not entitled to pensions or healthcare benefits.

Do the MOL archives only go back to 2014? I would like to find the post from the time of the 2012 referendum that convinced me to support it. I voted for it then and I would vote for it again.
