Small local DRONES anyone?
I think this makes sense. If I feel that a drone was being used in an inappropriate fashion (window peeping for instance) I could at least get a picture of it and report the ID number to the police.
Meantime I'll continue working on my molasses-ball-firing trebuchet. I've got range, now I need accuracy.

No need to shoot them down. -Do it organically, -the way nature intended!
