Ooooo, interesting. You can make another offer of your own to counter theirs, if you want to pull it down just a little more.

We're embarking on negotiations to buy a new house starting tomorrow. Fingers crossed on that, too. oh oh

Ladies and Gentleman,

Thank you for the moral support back in February. The last four months have been insane. As it happens my strategy worked very well. After my follow-up call to the owner's rep. we quickly reached an agreement, filled out thousands of pages of documents, were interviewed by the board and finally, just this afternoon, we closed the deal.

I present to you the result of our hard work! grin We are happy campers but I know that the real hard work has not yet begun!
