Hey, maybe if the family isn't going to have a bunny any more, the outdoor hutch could be given to the Defcons along with its resident? I'm just sayin' there's no need to have a hutch if you don't have the rabbit...

I will talk to JTA when she gets home at 6pm. I don't see why not seeing that she needed a home asap. To avoid an unnecessarily unhappy situation the bunny could be relocated to my house in the interim or on that day. Kids are funny they don't give a crap about the pet until they see that somebody else wants it and then the crocodile tears flow. I have already talked to JTA and will give the young man a bit of a reality check Bajou style. THE COUGAR ROOOAAAARRRRSSSSS

Funny you should say that. We we're planning on putting bunnies on the labels for the newest product, the Smokey Dust. Seeing she is gray and so is smoke, looks like a perfect fit to me! We are going to have a hot version of it as well, and the picture on it will be Beelzabunny.

They are, that's why we get along so well, we both have the same marketing plan. You see, ever since we started treating the bunnies around here very well, they allowed me to gain knowledge about their true plans.

Bunny has cage, I don't know if the hutch is transportable. Just make sure the hutch you are getting is "coon" proof. those bastards can open the darn things and will eat your bunny for a snack.

Report from the Bunny Front:

Private Bajou can confirm rumored reports that "Rescue Smoke Screen" Mission was accomplished at 21 Hundred Hours. The target, which shall remain nameless has been rehoused in a secret location (code name Cougarville) for the next few days. The "dropoff" to final destination is scheduled to proceed as planned.

We would like to thank a special person by the code name JTA who made this possible as this rescue operation would have been futile without her brave stepping up to the plate.

All kidding aside...Bunny is at my house. All is well and she has settled in fine. Thanks to JTA who stepped up to the plate and did the right thing for this little gal. Thanks JTA for thinking of the wellfare of this little gal. You are a truly wonderful person to care. Most people would have just not cared and looked the other way. Good for you and thank you for doing the right thing.

I'm reading along, tears welling up, wishing desperately that there was a way that we could have a bunny with 4 cats. Then, I read about DefCon!

I've been smiling through the rest of the thread. I can help chip in for a raccoon-proof hutch, or whatever Scratchers needs.
