Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will pick up and organize pre-packaged meals as per the given structure and schedule. Ensure that guests receive exceptional service while assisting with various tasks to maintain smooth lunch supply operations at a specific and/ or multiple locations(based on need). This role is perfect for individuals who have a clean driving record, is energetic, pay attention to details, and can perform effective query resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• - Pick up meals from respective vendors as per a given schedule
• - Safe driver with a decent driving record
• - Reach the lunch delivery location on time and with the required materials
• - Organize meals and all of their components as per the given structure and schedule
• - Ensure delivery of pre-packaged meals to the correct person
• - Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service, fostering positive relations.
• - Effective query resolution in a fast-paced environment. For example, a missing lunch or a wrong item      
•    delivered to a person, or a delayed delivery of food by a certain vendor
• - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the meal serving areas
• - Support the kitchen staff with food preparation( if needed on a certain day (s)) and ensure adherence to     
•    Food safety and sanitation standards.
• - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• - A strong problem resolution attitude. Ability to think on one's feet and act effectively and proactively in a given situation.
• Qualifications
• - Previous experience in food service.
• - Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling practices.
• - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
• - Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations.
• - Familiarity with sanitation standards and food safety regulations is essential.
• - A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team are crucial for success in this 
•    role.
• - Excellent driving record
