MSF506- FT (55 hrs) Nanny for 2 (ASAP Start)

Details:

We have a wonderful family in Westfield in search of a Full Time Nanny for their two children ages 4 and 8 Months.

Location: Westfield

Start Date: ASAP

Commitment Time Frame: Long term, multiple years into the future

Schedule:

M-Th 6am to 6pm

F 645am-545pm

Flexibility to come in earlier/stay later needed

Guaranteed 55 hours per week

The Children:

4 year old boy

- in full day school

- active and smart

- high energy

8 month old girl

- will need support with feeding, setting a routine, and sleep schedules

Qualifications:

- Experienced with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers

- Active, engaged, and enjoys being outside and going on outings with the children

- Loving, caring, and warm

- Happy, friendly, and positive demeanor. Calm and mild mannered.

- Flexible, adaptable, and good at taking initiative. Self starter but also a team player.

- Expert in creative play and age appropriate developmental activities

Requirements/Responsibilities:

- Pets: none

- Meals: for children including homemade babyfood

- Laundry: for children

- Daily tidying and organization of common areas and children's spaces in the home.

- Driving Required - family car

Additional details: Mom and dad both work full time. Mom goes into the office 4 days per week. Dad usually works from home but travels often.

Mom returns to work from mat leave late in Dec.

Vegetarian home. No meat in house.

Vaccine Requirements: Yearly Flu Shot Required, Updated TDAP Vaccine Required, 2024 COVID Booster Strongly Preferred

The family is offering a generous weekly pay based on the guaranteed hours along with paid vacation, holidays, and sick/personal days.
