Who will re-tile my attic shower?

Our attic shower needs to be re-tiled (there’s some softness behind a swath of it). Who can this for us? Would a handyman have the expertise? Do I need a contractor for such a relatively small job? PLEASE give me the name of the person or company who can make this problem go away (without price gauging me).
