Who To Call To Reattach Leader That Blew Off House - Leader Reattached

I have been trying for the past hour to reattach the leader by the front door that detached in the storm.  For me this is not a DIY. May need new screws since the ones there look rusted.  Recommendations appreciated.

May not be a DIY for you but very simple, I think, for any solo handyman recommended in any MOL discussion about handymen.  I do it myself when mine come down or get loose, even when on upper floors.  If the hole(s) got to big, you can insert pieces of toothpicks in the hole(s) so that that the screws are tight when you rescrew them in.

Thank you.  I know it is an easy fix.  At age 74, this is a bit more daunting for me than it might be for someone younger.  That is why I am asking for recommendations.

If you use the search tool in the forum section to search "handyman" you will find a number of threads where people sought and recommended someone for small jobs.

Thank you to person who sent me a PM.  I sent you a reply.

Joan, if you still need help, let me know and send a picture so I know what tools to bring.

Thank you.  Tomcat got back to me yesterday.  He offered to come on Wednesday.  Bikefixed also offered help.  I am overwhelmed with the support from the MOL community.

Extra special thanks to Tomcat who came this morning, when he learned that getting up on a ladder would not be required. He was able to reattach the leader in under five minutes.  Bub was right in saying that this was a very simple repair for someone with the right tools and the experience to know how to do it.  I also want to thank Bikefixed and jimmurphy again for their kind offer of help.  This is what makes MOL such a very special community both online and off.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to get over to your place yesterday. I'm glad Tomcat got you sorted quickly.

It is a relief to have the leader back up.  Even more of a relief to have received your kind offer. Please stay well and stay safe.

I had a feeling that bikefixed would be in on this. Glad tomcat was able to help.
