What's going on at CHS Wednesday afternoon?

First there were all these alerts about road closures, now we can hear someone official on a bullhorn telling students to go back inside (it's 4:57)

Anyone know?

Calendar says that prom is tonight. 

And the kids could walk a red carpet for pictures.
