What in the world happened to my email

Joan, she I open the email is rings email from 2023! For a brief period earlier today, i saw a few current emails it that stopped and I am back to 2023. i am asked to type in my Comcast password but I have no idea what it is! I tried several passwords I have used in the past, but no luck.
How can I start with a brand new password for Comcast?
See if there is a forgot my password link. If so select it. Then follow the instructions. In the future, it is a good idea to use a password manager and to write down important passwords and keep them in a safe place.

A couple of days ago I realized my email opens with 2023 letters!
I just managed to get a couple of letters today on Comcast, but my apple account has nothing. What happened, and how do I fix it? TIA
