I'll assume you have your lights paired. So in the 'Lights' section of the App (I'm using iOS, but I can't imagine Android would be significantly different) select the '...' in the upper left portion of the screen.
In the resulting screen you should see a 'Schedule' section at the bottom. Everything you need should be in there. The interface isn't great, but I have 9 lights so far and apart from guests tuning the switch they're plugged into off they've been working well. It's great for my outdoor lights so I can make sure they're on in the evening without having to leave them on all day. (I do also have one Leviton switch for a dining room fixture that we needed a 1000W dimmer for.)
Now, if you don't have your hub set up, or the lights paired then it'd be a different story.

Took a plunge and bought the Wink starter kit with 2 bulbs.
All I want to do it have the app time when the bulbs go on and off.
I can't figure it out! (and no response from Wink help).
If you're using this product -- surely something this basic can be done -- appreciate help with how!
