No it doesn't - but you can always post youtube / vimeo videos.
I would suggest using a platform like ours in coordination with zoom meetings.
I've been reading some bad reviews of Google classroom, but if it's working out for the district - then great!

My take on Google classroom is that it seems to be a decent platform. What's probably missing is good training for the teachers in how to use it. I don't know what's available to them in terms of training.
