I don't know if anyone has explained this to the president, but he is now facing the possibility of charges that could realistically result in life imprisonment. If you follow me on Twitter, you know that I am not prone to exaggeration. I'm not exaggerating now. 1/

I am not considering the Covid-19 deaths. But rather, the 5 deaths during the Capital invasion. In particular the woman shot by the Capitol Police, and the police officer who died from his injuries.
If 2 people agree to burglarize a house, and one (unknown to the other) carries a gun, and then kills someone during the burglary, both are charged with murder under US law.
Considering that Trump encouraged the mob to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue (Etc.), should he not be facing a murder charge?
