That'll be a new blog
Dealing with Rosh haShana now, and an emerging migraine (I think we have a welcome storm coming)
I am positive you will soon find a new position! You have the skill set mostly missing from younger folks — compassion, intelligence, experience — and most importantly, humor in adversity!
Joanne,
May the New Year bring you new beginnings and blessings of happiness, career satisfaction and good health. ( And a little gelt wouldn't hurt)
Just got to read this thread @joanne. So sorry to hear about this. I empathize. Yet I can't help believing that something wonderful is around the corner. I've had many surprises and radical changes in my work life. Road blocks often send us down new paths that are surprising and lovely.
You have been a thoughtful and generous contributor on this board and revealed a broad range of interests. Perhaps the New Year will point you towards an unexplored dream. Wishing that for you. Think of us when you enjoy the honey.
I haven't been on MOL half as much as I used to, so have just caught up on your situation. Hope the New Year finds you enjoying the brushing up in preparation for a new chapter in your life story!
PS. I still have plans to visit you if we ever hit the lottery!
