Bernie gets the loudest applause, stupendous, enthusiastic applause.
I like Martin O'Malley's reference to the "fascist" statements of "billionaires with big mouths." Bernie refers to "supporting Muslim soldiers," he should have said "moderate" soldiers. Oops.
Hilary is the consummate professional. And, hey, I'm feeling ever-so slightly more hawkish these days. Go Hils. I think.
Yeah, but Bernie is right about the troops on the ground having to be Muslim troops. He's going to tell Qatar to stop spending $2 mil on the World Cup and spend some money on controlling Isis. But Hillary's agreeing with that. Thank goodness.
I think Hillary's too strident. It's not our job to be policemen of the world. Go after Isis, not Assad.
Bernie says Wall Street ain't gonna like him. (While Hillary wants everyone to like her.) That's the difference.

What a strange environment for this debate. Some ABC announcers are working hard to play up the "data stealing" accusation, so it's good that Donna Brazile is in there to bring a note of reason in. It will be crucial for Bernie tonight to talk foreign policy, as well as offer up some plans on how to protect against domestic terrorism and gun violence. I like the sociocultural diversity of the focus group. It looks like the kerfuffle between The Sanders campaign and the Clinton campaign is heating up.
The pundits are saying Bernie is going to cast Hillary as a hawk as a basis for attacking her. Can Bernie get tough?
And of course, they have ads for Jeb Bush!
Well, I hope you want to watch it now.
