The Ghosts of Ghastly Manor: The New British Pantomime

A British Panto is such fun! Audience participation? Yes! Singing? Yes! A cat that can talk to ghosts? Yes! See this funny cast of local residents (including me!) this January. Tickets on sale now at ghastly.brownpapertickets.com

We're back! Burgdorff Center, January 6, 12-14 and 19-21 2018.

Our January 6 show is a special Preview Show, with half-price tickets at $10 each. All other shows will be $20. Profits from the shows and concessions will benefit St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center and Bridges Outreach.

Suburban Legend Presents the hilarious new British Pantomime about the upper crust, the servants below, and five very naughty ghosts.

It's been a year since the Mummy's Curse of Pitzahut took Lord Nigel Ghastly's life and a cloud of doom has descended upon his wife, Prunella. Her children, Cuthbert and Rowena, are useless and bored, and to keep the house, she has had to sell much of their possessions, and fire most of their staff. As a last resort, Lady Prunella has concocted a half-baked plan to marry Cuthbert off to her sister’s adopted daughter, Marcy Twerkington, heiress to the legendary Twerkington fortune.

The year is 1929. The place: Piddleswick, northern England. It is new valet Peter’s first day at Ghastly Manor, Marcy and the Twerkingtons are arriving for the weekend, and things are about to get very silly indeed.

Come and see the show "critics" are calling "Downton Abbey meets Beetlejuice!". Fun for the entire family!

Which part though?

I thought more than one had an accent but then again I have a tin ear...

I was the guy tuning the radio at the beginning.

Thank you so much for coming out in the cold last night. What a marvelous audience you were! I hope you enjoyed it as much we did!

There are still some tickets left for tonight’s show! Starts at 7.30. See you there!

I say, chaps.  Any chance of recording a performance so that those of your loyal fans, who, through tyranny of distance, are unable to enjoy the goings-on live, may still partake of the goings-on at Ghastly Manor?

In the works, though I can’t promise anything. Our little theater is great, but it’s nigh-on impossible to get good footage and sound of a show there. Also, finding someone willing to volunteer the time and effort to film, edit and convert to digital is tricky.

You’re just going to have to get on a plane and come see it, Mark. Do you want me to reserve you 2 seats for Sunday?

I’m sorry to say that if you need tickets for tonight’s show we are now officially sold out, which of course is great news for us and the charities we support. We do have another show tomorrow afternoon and 3 more next weekend, so get your tickets now to avoid missing the best show in town.

We had such a great time last weekend that we're going to do it all over again! Tickets are still currently available for tonight, tomorrow night and Sunday's matinee performances, but they are selling out quickly so grab yours now!

Don't miss out on the hottest and funniest show in town!
