Apparently a bird pooped in our yard, and we ended up with a rather large sunflower. The kids loved it, but the flower got too big for the plant and actually tore off. A lot of the seeds look like they're mature, so how do I save them to plant for next year? Anything special I need to do? Let them dry on the flower, or pick them off now? Dry them out, or store them in the fridge before they've dried?
