That's the "man-made virus" theory.
The "lab-leak" theory isn't about creation of the virus, just the source of the initial outbreak. By the way, the actual text of the article explains what's meant by the headline -

A distinction without a difference. Is your theory that the source of the novel virus was wild animals, but it somehow escaped from the lab?
