it isn’t a scam. A few airlines were ordered to pay damages over some sort of illegal capacity control they did. You may be entitled to a small cut of the lawsuit payout.

The notice seemed to suggest that all damages (after lawyer fees) might go to charity. I didn’t read it carefully, but don’t expect to see anything from it.
I don’t think they know exactly how the pay out will work or how much (if any) people will get. I wouldn’t count on getting much even if there is a payout. $60million$ divided by anyone who bought a domestic airline ticket on 4 major carriers over an 8 year period doesn’t sound like much pp. But it’s not a scam.

Just received an email about domestic airlines settling some “suit” over price fixing. This one is almost grammatically correct and has a stink of authenticity. Scammers seem to be getting better.
