Mortgage title company

Can anyone recommend a good title company . We are thinking of refinancing and want to get quotes from different company.

Title Company or Mortgage Company or both 

If you have very good credit contact American Federal Mortgage in Chester and Allied Title in Chester. They work together for very easy settlements and Allied will usually come to your home to do the settlement. American Federal usually has the lowest legit rates with the lowest fees. 

Chris Fischer of Homelend did our refi a few weeks ago. Got 2.625 with no points on a 15-year before stuff got really volatile. Their recommended title company was cheaper than the firm I used last time.

Sue Colella of Garden State Home Loans did the same about 15 months ago. 3.625 for 15 year at that time, which was good then.

Both were great.

Checked with Mammabear here too but her rate was a bit higher. I understand that she is a pleasure to work with too.

Title Companies issue Title Insurance and rates are regulated by the State. You can shop around once you secure approval for a Mortgage Loan.

If you are really looking for a Title Company as distinguished from a Mortgage Lender I can recommend a couple.

I will second a recommendation for MammaBear. She did our refi a few years ago. Great to work with, and she was even able to get us the low rate we saw elsewhere.
