I think it is "always" the second weekend of July, which is the 13th-14th as mentioned above. Of course, the second weekend of July is often also the weekend after July 4th, but not this time.
Yes - we are planning July 13 & 14. Exactly 200 days away!
It's usually the weekend after the 4th - but when it's too close to the 4th - we bump it to the following week.
