ISO landscaper -- putting in a lawn

I want to turn a gravel patio into a lawn; I can do some of the work but need a pro for most of it. Also involves moving belgian block edging, etc. I got an astronomical bid and am hoping for something at least down to the stratosphere! Thanks.
