Has anyone commissioned a "memory quilt"?

Looking for a recommendation for someone (either local or online) to make a "memory quilt" for me. Has anyone done the same and has experience to share? Thanks in advance. amk

I used Project Repat to make a quilt out of old t-shirts for my husband. We're very happy with it. Its on the guest bed so it hasn't had a lot of use and has never needed to be washed. They have very clear directions on how to prepare and organize the shirts. https://www.projectrepat.com

My mother in law is retired but has specialized in this for years. She has created dozens of quilts for family and friends over the years. She lives in Ohio though but visits us in Maplewood often. If interested I can put you in touch.
