Don't know what's going on, but it would be nice if it was just a spring gravel refresh.
It's been "open" the last couple of days but I suspect someone just ripped the yellow tape down to get in. There are two fairly large excavation holes at the fence btwn the two sides of the park. Can't imagine they want people or dogs walking around there but no one is policing it.
