Furry Hearts Rescue Group Rummage Sale Sunday August 28th

Come rummage! I saw a guitar, golf clubs and little desk and of course lots of cuddly loveable cats for adoption! A great cause!
We had such a good turnout and such fun we are doing it again next Sunday, August 28th. A lot of people told me that they didn't get to donate all they wanted to for the sale. So bring on the donations again for the sale.
The sale will run from 11-3. Also, if you would like to volunteer please feel free to pm me because we do need help at the end of the sale bagging/boxing up unsold items that will be donated to another charity. That is the area where we need the most help.

There is still a great deal of odds and ends! I'm hoping they will sell out. We will be losing Puppy Love to Union. A reminder that this sale benefits their rescue Furry Hearts and there are still several wonderful cats and a couple of dogs for adoption.

Does this mean that Furry Hearts will serve Union instead of Maplewood or just that we will have to go a little farther?
I'm sad because Puppy Love was walking distance from my house and my dog and I would almost always walk there for her grooming appointments.

It is not too far.
Furry Hearts will be doing TNR in Maplewood but People for Animals who will handle TNR in South Orange has met with both Bob Rowe and Furry Hearts to discuss a partnership. I intend to continue taking FHs rescue animals to my Morgan Le Fay Cat Rescue adoption days at Petco in West Orange. I'm also inviting PFA to next Saturdays adoption day, so put your pooch in the car and come and say Hi!
Just took one of Valley Vet's kittens which came in from Milburn and found her a great home in South Orange so we are keepin' it in the family.
