I saw a dog wandering on Midland about 20 min ago and couldn't catch it. Is this the dog?
Thanks, @marylago! A neighbor said he thinks he know the dog (who gets out a lot).
Some dogs just can't be kept in. My family had a dog who could open the door with his mouth--he would put the handle in his mouth and turn his head. We chained the door closed to keep him in, not to keep people out...
,,, and this dog is a prime reason why a dog should not be left outside unattended. Here are some tips on capturing a runaway dog.

There is a dog wandering up-and-down and across Prospect between Springfield Avenue and Concord Avenue. In the Hilton neighborhood. She is wearing a collar but I couldn't see any tags. Looks like some kind of Pitt mix, but I couldn't get close enough to read or see any tags because she started barking and growling at me when I got out of my car, so I got back in pretty quick. I'm worried the dog is going to get hit, as she was just walking back-and-forth across prospect weaving in and out of cars. Whom should I call about this?
