Hi, I'm interested in making my fireplace double-sided. It's open to my living room now and I think it's be nice to have it open to our side room (Maplewood room if you will) as well. Question - anything I should consider before moving forward? Also, any specific recommendations on who to work with on something like this? My chimney guy? General contractor? Anyone have any experience doing this?
