Can you identify this terra cotta tile brand?
Puebla (city and state) is known for it's tile craftsmanship. It's called Talavera. The other word you an use when doing search is loja, ceramica y azulejos. Good luck.
Pete, I've purchased tiles from Avente tile in Ca. The (owner?) Bill is super helpful. Aventetile.com
If he doesn't respond to your email, call. I searched high and low for a specific look for a tile and finally ordered custom through him. LOVE the tiles. And the price was not insane.

I'm hoping to find some terra cotta tiles before starting a kitchen renovation - these tiles are about 7 1/2 inches square.
Not sure if they're original to house ~80 years), or later. (Kitchen is late 60's early 70's)
Any ideas on places around here to check with?
