Going through my late mothers address book, I found a clipping from with a couple of simple little recipes (probably from a DK ladies magazine). Easy to make while you are stuck in the house.
We have made the tart, which is delicious. It can also be serve a la mode, in place of creme fraiche or whipped cream.
Can't figure out how to attach a PDF, so I have posted it on my web site:
Can you share the recipe?
Is there a way to post PDF's?
I couldn't figure it out, so I posted the recipe on my web site, and provided a link.
It’s the season for MOL’s own Matza Charlotte too...
