A POST-ELECTION AGENDA RALPH BUULTJENS, a leading analyst of world affairs, examines critical issues in international politics. Buultjens is a professor at New York University and the former Nehru Professor/Professorial Fellow at the University of Cambridge. He was awarded the Toynbee Prize for Social Sciences and is the author of ten books on world affairs. Dr. Buultjens has been lecturing at the Adult School for nearly 40 years and has shared with us his inside knowledge of the most volatile areas in the world. Fee: $10
