OSPAC Summer Celebration

OSPAC is welcoming Rude Boy George and Pidgin Droppings to kick its 2015 season into high gear! There will also be a wine and beer garden on site! The event is free, so come start off your summer the right way here at OSPAC! Rude Boy George is a NYC-based band that performs 80’s New Wave classics reinterpreted in ska, rocksteady, and reggae versions. The band is motivated by its love and respect for ska and the extraordinary amount of good music produced in the new wave/post-punk era. Pidgin Droppings formed from a collaboration of musicians from different genres finding a common ground with hip-hop, funk, dub, and various types of African music. With many bands bending genres and incorporating all the influences that come from this ever-shrinking planet, Pidgin Droppings melds these qualities into a pot of cultural stew.
