Beyond the Border: Immigration in America Today

Who gets to come to the United States of America? Who will stay? How will they be treated? NCJW/Essex is sponsoring a Lunch and Learn program – Beyond the Border: Immigration in America Today – to discuss these important questions about the future of our country with a panel of immigration experts.
The expert panel examining the current state of immigration will include:
- Greisa Martinez Rosas, United We Dream Executive Director
- Farrin Anello, American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Senior Attorney
- Yalidy Matos, Rutgers University Assistant Professor
- Rosa Huitzitzilin, Make the Road New Jersey Community Organizer
NCJW/Essex is a nonsectarian organization and this event is open to all. The fee is $20 for NCJW/Essex members and $25 for non-members; event includes a buffet lunch.
