MSO Cougar Recreational Wrestling begins its 15th season. Ages 1st Grade to 8th Grade. First Practice is Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Columbia High School Wrestling Room. You can sign up then and there as well. Wear t-shirts, shorts, wrestle shoes (if you have) or sneakers. Returning wrestlers should wear head gear.
