Maplewood Community Music\'s Annual FREE Winter Concert A Dickens Village Tradition Our Musical Gift to You Saturday, December 19, 2015 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. The Burgdorff Center for the Performing Arts 10 Durand Rd, Maplewood, NJ Snow Date: Sunday, December 20, 2015 same time - same location 1:00 p.m. Come in from the cold and enjoy the Maplewood Community Concert Band, under the direction of Steve Kimmons, as they feature a variety of music reminiscent of the winter months. 2:15 p.m. Head to the lobby for another hot beverage and return to listen to our wonderful 8-piece flute ensemble, the Silvertones — a unique choir including a variety of flutes from piccolo to contrabass. They\'re a treasure to behold. 4:00 p.m. Stay for Swing Town, our community big band, under the direction of Ben Williams. This 20-piece band will get your toes tapping and put you in the holiday mood. Holiday favorites for all and we\'re sure you\'ll be singing along in no time! We will also be hosting a \"Toys for Tots\" collection event. Please consider dropping off a new, unwrapped toy. Toys will be delivered to less fortunate children throughout the area.
