Cooking Demonstration: Chutneys

The quintessential British condiment isn’t really British at all. Chutneys are a staple of Indian food and were brought to England during the Colonial period. from there they were introduced throughout the world. Some sources say that Major Grey was a fictitious character but his chutney is certainly delicious. We’ll make that and several others in this cooking demonstration.
