Event Date: December 2nd, 2016 at 7:30pm - 9:00pm
Address : 300 E Northfield Rd, Livingston, NJ 07039, USA
Town : Livingston
Information:

On Friday, December 2 , 7:30 PM, following Shabbat Services at 6:30 PM, Temple B’nai Abraham Sisterhood will sponsor a Shabbat Dinner and Speaker at the temple, 300 East Northfield Road, Livingston. Fran R. Schumer, New York Times, NJ Section Restaurant Reviewer, will serve as the guest speaker for the evening’s program. Ms. Schumer has written books (including one New York Times bestseller), as well as articles and columns for many national publications. Locally, however, she is probably best known for her years as a restaurant reviewer for the New Jersey section of the New York Times. Between the Times and other publications, she has written over 100 restaurant reviews. With her topic of “Confessions of a Restaurant Reviewer,” she will share some of her most memorable restaurant experiences—both good and less than good—as well as a glimpse into what reviewing restaurants is actually like. And, we hope, she’ll share some of her local favorites! Join your friends for a delicious dinner, good conversation and a stimulating presentation. The cost per person is $20 if registered by November 29, 2016, thereafter the cost is $25 per person. Ruth Ross is the chair of Sisterhood Shabbat Dinner Programs, and Suzanne Weinick and Sandra Kantor are Sisterhood co-presidents. Reservations are strongly requested. Register online at www.tbanj.org. For further information call 973-994-2290.
